Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data undertaken by the PartyGen project (hereinafter — Operator).

2. Basic Concepts Personal data — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data). Operator — Organizer of the PartyGen project, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) processing personal data. Processing of personal data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data The purpose of processing the User's personal data is: - Providing consultations on web development and design services. - Conclusion and execution of contracts for the creation of websites and IT services. - Informing the User by sending emails and messages in messengers to discuss project details.

4. List of Processed Data The Operator processes the following personal data: - First name (last name and patronymic — if provided); - Phone number (if provided); - Email address; - Information about the project/business necessary for the provision of services.

5. Withdrawal of Consent The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the official project address vlad575@mail.ru marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data". You may also withdraw consent for analytics cookies on the Cookie Settings page.

6. Guest Data Usage (RSVP) Data entered in the RSVP form is used only to forward it to the event organizer so they can see who confirmed attendance.

7. Wishlist When creating a wishlist, the Operator processes the list owner's data (email and, where needed, a name) and the list's content (gift titles, photos, store links, prices). A wishlist becomes accessible via a direct link to anyone who receives it — the User decides who to share the link with. When a guest reserves a gift without registering, the Operator may store the guest's name (optional) and IP address — solely to correctly display "reserved"/"joined" status and prevent the same gift from being double-booked by different guests. This data is used for no other purpose and is not shared with third parties.

8. Secret Santa To run a "Secret Santa" draw, the Operator processes group participants' data: email and/or name (via account registration), and the result of the automatic "giver — recipient" pairing. Each participant sees only their own recipient. The group organizer ("owner") additionally sees the full list of giver-recipient pairs — this is necessary to administer the group (e.g. to remind a participant who hasn't picked a gift yet). The invite link to join a group may be shared by the User through any channel of their choosing.

9. Third-Party Data Transfers For traffic analysis and service quality improvement, this website uses Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, 119021, Russia, Moscow, 16 Leo Tolstoy St.). Yandex.Metrica may collect: IP address (anonymized), user actions on the site (clicks, navigation, page views), session data.
