5. Payment Procedure

Each paid service (invitation website, video greeting, card, video card, AI quiz, AI-generation packs, Wishlist LITE/PRO, full quiz catalog, seating and Live quiz) is paid for once at the price shown before checkout. The available payment method and provider are disclosed on the checkout page before payment. Payment confirms acceptance of this offer for the selected service. Provision and refund terms are set by the tariff description and Section 8.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider takes reasonable steps to keep the service stable but is not liable for failures caused by circumstances outside its control. This does not exclude mandatory statutory guarantees or consumer rights. Liability limits do not apply to claims that cannot be limited by law. Complaints may be sent to vlad575@mail.ru; the response period does not limit statutory remedies. Consumer disputes are handled under statutory venue rules, including the consumer's right to choose a court at their place of residence, stay, contract conclusion or performance, or at the Service Provider's location.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Templates, design, source code, trademarks, and other results of intellectual activity used in the PartyGen service belong to the Service Provider and/or other rightsholders and are protected under the laws of the Russian Federation. Payment for the service grants the User the right to use the invitation website published on its basis solely for its intended purpose (inviting guests to an event), but not the right to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the template, design, or code of the service itself, nor to use them for commercial purposes without the Service Provider's written consent. The User is responsible for any content they upload (photos, text, audio files, and other materials). By uploading content, the User confirms they hold the necessary rights to use it. Any fines, compensation, legal costs, or other sanctions arising from the User's infringement of third-party copyright or related rights through images, music, or other materials uploaded to their page are borne entirely by the User; the Service Provider bears no liability for such infringements. The Service Provider may, without prior notice and without refunding any amount paid, remove a published page (link) if its content infringes the copyright or related rights of third parties, violates the laws of the Russian Federation, or is offensive, defamatory, or damaging to the honor, dignity, or business reputation of third parties. If a third party believes that content published on the site infringes their rights, they may send a notice to vlad575@mail.ru, including the page link and a description of the infringement. The Service Provider reviews such notices and, if the infringement is confirmed, removes the relevant page within 3 (three) business days of receiving the notice.

8. Refund Policy

8.1. Cancellation and refund. A consumer may withdraw from a service contract at any time under Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law, paying for the part actually provided and documented actual expenses of the Service Provider. The terms below offer a voluntary full refund for an unused service and do not limit statutory consumer rights. 8.2. Voluntary full-refund periods: — AI quiz — 100 RUB per order — within 14 calendar days after payment if generation and analysis have not been used; — AI-generation pack 50 RUB, 250 RUB or 1000 RUB — within 14 calendar days after payment if no generation from the pack has been used; — Wishlist LITE for 399 RUB or PRO for 990 RUB — within 14 calendar days after payment while paid limits have not been used; — full quiz catalog for 100 RUB — within 14 calendar days after payment if full catalog access has not been opened; — Live quiz — 100 RUB per game — until the game starts; — Live quiz pack — 1000 RUB for 10 games — until the first game in the pack starts; — invitation website — 1500 RUB — within 7 calendar days after payment if the service has not actually been used; — video greeting or video invitation — 120 RUB, the link stays valid for 30 days after payment or activation — refund within 7 calendar days after payment if the link has not been published or shared with a recipient; — interactive Date invitation — 240 RUB — within 7 calendar days after payment if the service has not actually been used; — couple's quiz — 50 RUB — within 7 calendar days after payment if the service has not actually been used; — seating and tickets — 300 RUB for one event, up to 1000 guests; personal invitations and QR tickets have no separate quantity cap, and arrival check-in is available for every guest; refund before paid functionality is actually used, subject to Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law; — card or video card — 20 RUB per result; refund before downloading or otherwise using the result, subject to that Law. 8.3. For services with an «until start» period, start means launching the game, opening full access, using a paid limit, downloading a result or another action after which the digital result is actually provided. For a website and Date invitation, actual use means publication, sharing the link with guests or another use of the created object, except for a technical preview expressly offered on the payment page. 8.4. A refund request must be sent to vlad575@mail.ru and include the name, order email or phone, payment date and amount, order or receipt number if available, service and reason. The date of receipt is when the request reaches the stated address, not when the Service Provider makes an internal decision. 8.5. The Service Provider confirms receipt and reviews the request within a reasonable period. Funds are returned no later than 10 calendar days from receipt of the request unless the law expressly sets another period; where permitted, the refund is reduced by the part actually provided and documented expenses. The refund uses the original payment method unless law or payment-provider rules require another method. 8.6. The Service Provider may not reject a refund solely because the request was sent after 7 days: that period does not limit statutory consumer rights. A subjective design preference alone is not a defect where the service works and matches the selected template, but this rule does not limit statutory claims for defects. 8.7. If a technical failure prevents use of a paid service, the User may request correction, a proportionate price reduction or withdrawal in the cases and manner provided by law.
