Agreement for the provision of information and technical services

1. General Provisions
This document is a public offer from self-employed individual Vladislav Aleksandrovich Oleynik (Tax ID 771402421981, hereinafter — "Service Provider"), addressed to any individual (hereinafter — "User") using the PartyGen web service located at https://partygen.ru. Acceptance of this offer is deemed to occur upon commencement of use of the service, including the creation of an invitation or website within the PartyGen system. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this offer without prior notice. The current version is always available at: https://partygen.ru/en/public-offer.
2. Subject of Agreement
The Service Provider grants the User access to the PartyGen online service, which allows creating, editing, and publishing digital invitations (printable cards, video invitations, event invitation websites), as well as related services: gift wishlists and Secret Santa gift-exchange organization. Services are rendered in accordance with the pricing tiers set out in Section 4 of this offer. For paid invitation websites and cards, the Agreement is a one-off arrangement — concluded for the purchase of a single service and is deemed fulfilled once that service has been rendered. Free services (Wishlist within the free limit, Secret Santa) are provided under this offer without a one-off payment; the Wishlist PRO version is paid separately per Section 4.
3. Rights and Obligations
The Service Provider undertakes to: — maintain uninterrupted service operation to the best of its technical capabilities; — keep the paid invitation website accessible for 12 months from the date of payment, but no more than 30 days after the event date — whichever comes first; after the relevant period the site may be archived; for the interactive "Date" invitation and the couple's quiz, the access period is 30 days from the date of payment; — respond to support requests (vlad575@mail.ru) within 5 business days. The User undertakes to: — use the service only for lawful purposes; — not create content that infringes third-party rights or applicable law; — not reproduce or distribute the service's code or design without the Service Provider's written consent; — be solely responsible for compliance with copyright and related rights regarding photographs, music files, and other content uploaded to the Service (including by guests via a link the User has shared). The Service Provider does not review uploaded content for third-party rights infringement and is not liable for such infringements; if a third party brings a claim against the Service Provider in connection with content uploaded by the User, the User agrees to resolve such claims independently and to reimburse the Service Provider for confirmed losses arising from the User's unlawful actions. The Service Provider is entitled to refuse to render the service or to block access via the link if: payment has not been received or was received in an insufficient amount; or the Service Provider determines that the link to the template/invitation website has been distributed without authorization on a mass scale or used for commercial purposes.

Birthday Website
The invitation website link is free for the first hour after creation, so you can preview it before paying. The price of publishing is a flat $25, regardless of template type. Payment is a single charge, made at the time of publication; the link stays active for 12 months from the payment date (see Section 3 of the User Agreement). Charged as ~2250 RUB; your card issuer converts it to your local currency.

AI Greetings
Generating greeting text with AI is free — 5 generations per day per user. Once the limit is reached, a pack of 1000 generations is available for $18, with no time limit; payment also removes the watermark from cards.
Wishlist
Creating wishlists and inviting guests via a link is free — 1 list per account, up to 5 gifts on it. The PRO plan is a one-time payment of 990 ₽ — no subscription, no recurring charges, valid indefinitely — and raises the limits to 10 lists of up to 100 gifts each, plus unlocks a pack of 1000 AI text generations for gift descriptions. These limits are reasonable and more than sufficient for the vast majority of users; they exist to protect the service from abuse, automated scraping, and misuse by competitors. If needed, the limit can be raised individually on request to support.
Date invitation (interactive)
The interactive "Date" invitation is available only after payment — a one-time donation of your choice: 150, 250 (default), or 350 RUB. The link becomes active immediately after payment and is emailed to the address you provide; it stays valid for 30 days from the payment date. After 30 days the link stops working; this invitation type cannot be renewed or re-extended — a new invitation must be created and paid for instead.
Couple's quiz
The interactive couple's quiz is available only after payment — a one-time donation of your choice: 150, 250 (default), or 350 RUB. The link becomes active immediately after payment and stays valid for 30 days from the payment date. After 30 days the link stops working; renewal is not available — a new quiz must be created and paid for instead.
Secret Santa
Creating a Secret Santa group, inviting participants via a link, and the automatic giver-recipient draw are completely free, with no limit on the number of participants.
5. Payment Procedure
Payment for the "Invitation Website" service is made in a single payment at the time of publication. Payment methods are indicated on the checkout page. Payment confirms acceptance of the terms of this offer and constitutes the moment the Agreement is concluded with respect to the relevant paid service. The service is considered rendered from the moment the User is granted access to the published invitation website. Refund terms in case the service is not rendered or is rendered improperly are set out in Section 8 of this offer.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". The Service Provider is not liable for technical failures caused by circumstances beyond its control (hosting outages, DDoS attacks, force majeure). The maximum liability of the Service Provider shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the respective service. Complaints from the User are reviewed by the Service Provider within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt; disputes not resolved through negotiation are settled in court in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Templates, design, source code, trademarks, and other results of intellectual activity used in the PartyGen service belong to the Service Provider and/or other rightsholders and are protected under the laws of the Russian Federation. Payment for the service grants the User the right to use the invitation website published on its basis solely for its intended purpose (inviting guests to an event), but not the right to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute the template, design, or code of the service itself, nor to use them for commercial purposes without the Service Provider's written consent. The User is responsible for any content they upload (photos, text, audio files, and other materials). By uploading content, the User confirms they hold the necessary rights to use it. Any fines, compensation, legal costs, or other sanctions arising from the User's infringement of third-party copyright or related rights through images, music, or other materials uploaded to their page are borne entirely by the User; the Service Provider bears no liability for such infringements. The Service Provider may, without prior notice and without refunding any amount paid, remove a published page (link) if its content infringes the copyright or related rights of third parties, violates the laws of the Russian Federation, or is offensive, defamatory, or damaging to the honor, dignity, or business reputation of third parties. If a third party believes that content published on the site infringes their rights, they may send a notice to vlad575@mail.ru or via Telegram @vlad557, including the page link and a description of the infringement. The Service Provider reviews such notices and, if the infringement is confirmed, removes the relevant page within 3 (three) business days of receiving the notice.
8. Refund Policy
8.1. Service provision period. Access to the published invitation website is granted automatically immediately after successful payment. If access is not granted due to technical reasons, the service provision period shall not exceed 1 (one) business day from the date of payment. 8.2. Deadline for filing a refund request. If the service has not been rendered upon expiry of the period specified in clause 8.1, the User is entitled to file a refund request within 7 (seven) calendar days after the end of that period. 8.3. Request form. The request must be sent to vlad575@mail.ru or via Telegram @vlad557 and must include: the User's full name, the email or phone number used at checkout, the date and amount of payment (or order/receipt number), and the reason for the request. 8.4. Request review period. The Service Provider reviews the request and responds to the User within 3 (three) business days of receiving it. 8.5. Refund period. If the request is approved, funds are refunded within 3 (three) business days from the date the refund decision is made. 8.6. Refund method. Funds are refunded in full to the same payment details (bank card, account, or other payment method) from which the payment was made. 8.7. The User's subjective assessment of the design, styling, or other artistic choices of the invitation website is not grounds for deeming the service defective and does not entitle the User to a refund, provided the invitation website is technically functional and matches the template selected by the User.
