Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer from self-employed individual Vladislav Aleksandrovich Oleynik (Tax ID 771402421981, hereinafter — "Service Provider"), addressed to any individual (hereinafter — "User") using the PartyGen web service located at https://partygen.ru. Acceptance of this offer is deemed to occur upon commencement of use of the service, including the creation of an invitation or website within the PartyGen system. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this offer without prior notice. The current version is always available at: https://partygen.ru/en/public-offer.

2. Subject of Agreement

The Service Provider grants the User access to the PartyGen online service, which allows creating, editing, and publishing digital invitations (printable cards, video invitations, event invitation websites). Services are rendered in accordance with the pricing tiers set out in Section 4 of this offer.

3. Rights and Obligations

The Service Provider undertakes to: — maintain uninterrupted service operation to the best of its technical capabilities; — store invitation websites for 30 days after the event date; — respond to support requests (vlad575@mail.ru) within 5 business days. The User undertakes to: — use the service only for lawful purposes; — not create content that infringes third-party rights or applicable law; — not reproduce or distribute the service's code or design without the Service Provider's written consent.

5. Payment Procedure

Payment for the "Invitation Website" service is made in a single payment at the time of publication. Payment methods are indicated on the checkout page. Payment confirms acceptance of the terms of this offer. Refunds are not provided after the site is published, as the service is considered fully rendered from the moment access to the published site is granted.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". The Service Provider is not liable for technical failures caused by circumstances beyond its control (hosting outages, DDoS attacks, force majeure). The maximum liability of the Service Provider shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the respective service.
